Student Scholarship
Providing holistic support to talented young athletes, including full scholarships with boarding, education, medical care, and professional training. Through nationwide scouting in 120 cities with over 30,000 participants in FY 2024, the program identifies promising players and offers a pathway to professional sports careers.
Coach Education
Specialized courses, workshops, and certifications boost coach employability. Equipped with essential skills, coaches excel in diverse settings. They nurture young athletes, fostering not only athletic talent but also crucial life skills like discipline and teamwork, shaping players into both professional athletes and responsible citizens.
Infrastructure Development
Investing in training infrastructure, competitive opportunities, and improved living conditions for players and coaches, with a focus on supporting economically disadvantaged athletes through scholarships and accommodations, to ensure their growth and success in sports.
As a young player, I believe I was fortunate to get the opportunities to showcase my talent and climb the ladder to footballing excellence and represent my country.
However, I am cognizant of the current unhealthy state of professional and youth football in India.
I feel it is my duty to undertake this responsibility to bring about a fundamental change and ensure the young talent is nurtured in the best possible manner.
Indian Football Foundation is a step in this direction , as it will provide those opportunities to the most talented players irrespective of their socio-economic background.

IFF’s technical partner, Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) has joined forces with Premier League powerhouse Southampton FC for a long-term player development project as their International Academy Partner. This collaboration is set to revolutionize football education in India.
